When we were looking for a night of “fine dining” out, a couple of months back, I started looking to see when we could get a Saturday night reservation at Chops Lobster Bar. Today’s the day. You see, the Lobster Bar is one of the only places in town to get A-5 grade certified Wagyu beef.
With regard to the beef above, I’ll have to confess that the waiter startled me one time because when he walked up to ask if we needed anything because I had my eyes closed, chewing ecstatically

As I didn’t get around to posting this timely and I can’t remember all the details of the meal, I’m now posting this restaurant as a photo blog.
