Steakhouses generally result in dark photos for me, and Kevin Rathbun Steak was no exception.  I’ll apologize in advance for the quality of the photos.

This post actually ties together two visits, more than one thousand days apart.   The first visit was for an anniversary dinner in 2012, and is all of the photos above.  I can’t recall every detail of that meal three years ago, but I do recall it being a mighty fine steak.  So I’ll focus on our recent meal.  2015 had a heavy focus on burgers for me , and that’s what brought us here on this Friday night.   Just a week before Christmas, we made an early dinner reservation.

Imagine a fine classic steakhouse, without the pretense you usually associate with those.   This is the place.   I’ll start by saying that the service was flawless.
