Located just down the street from Pallolaville, there seems to be quite a food neighborhood developing.
We were at the front edge of the dinner hour, so the restaurant wasn’t terribly busy. We were seated at a table-booth near the front and took a quick spin through the menu. We both decided pretty quickly on the meat and three.
Fried trout, collard greens, fried green tomatoes and beans for my beloved:Fried trout, collard greens, fried green tomatoes and beans for my beloved:
Fried chicken, fried green tomatoes and double black eyed peas for me.
Both were served with a corn pone, but those definitely were not black eyed peas.
