One of the other places on the “hot chicken” list, since before we went to Prince’s, was Bolton’s Spicy Chicken and Fish.  But the thing here is about the fish, not the chicken.  Sadly, the storefront above is their “old” building, as there is a relatively new building out back.

Inside the new building, there’s a window, into the kitchen, with a menu above it.   This is classic “hot chicken style”, best as I can tell.   As we were on a five meal plan for the day (five places to eat, all in a day), we decided to share a fish sandwich.  Looking in the bag, here’s what we saw:  

Again, “hot chicken style” prescribes that the food arrives in a brown paper bag and includes lot of pickles.
