Several months back I read about the opening of Dixie Q, in Brookhaven.  The newest adventure from Tom Serpas (of his eponymous spot), I made a mental note of its existence, thinking we’d try it one day, while we were in Buckhead.

I went with the daily special – brisket & biscuits

I was surprised by the size of the biscuits – they were more like a biscuit slider (or it Truett Cathey had been involved, a brisket mini).

As I didn’t get around to posting this timely and I can’t remember all the details of the meal, I’m now posting this restaurant as a photo blog.
