On an early summer afternoon, we were working our way across north Georgia with some friends, stopping and shopping and heading towards lunch. Amos’ BBQ & Biscuits, in Ballground, was our planned lunch stop. My original directions for Amos’ was not a street number and zip code, but rather a crossroads of two state highway numbers.
Small inside, with limited seating (although there were some picnic tables on the outside), we walked in to the counter and placed our order.

I ordered a combo plate with ribs and pork

These ribs were very meaty – much too much so for my lovely wife.
As I didn’t get around to posting this timely and I can’t remember all the details of the meal, I’m now posting this restaurant as a photo blog.
