As I didn’t get around to posting this timely and I can’t remember all the details of the meal, I’m now posting this restaurant as a photo blog.  I can say that Hollywood, AL, is a town with a population and this restaurant, opened in 1946, was part of a Saturday journey down the Alabama Barbecue Trail.
